Totogaming’s Chief Marketing Officer Tereza Tokmajyan appeared as a guest on the iGaming Accent podcast. During the conversation, she spoke not only about her professional journey and the challenges of working across multiple markets, but also addressed an important topic — the evolution of the brands within the industry.
During the discussion, Tereza Tokmajyan shared an intriguing remark: “I would like to share an exclusive insight: Totogaming is evolving into a broader ecosystem and undergoing an organic brand transformation.”
This transformation supports an important shift happening across the industry. According to her, most brands today communicate around the same two themes: winning and fun. However, a third theme is now emerging.
“It’s about mastery, wisdom, knowledge, professionalism, and a deeper understanding of the game. I wouldn’t mention specific teams or companies, but many operators and brands are already moving in this direction. During this development phase, it is very important not only to focus on product and platform development or the integration of new technologies. It is also essential to maintain the relevance and momentum of brand development within the industry,” Tokmajyan said.
Tereza’s statement immediately caught attention, as it suggests that the brand, which has been operating in the industry for more than two decades, is preparing for significant changes.
However, the CMO chose not to reveal further details about the transformation.
“I’m not going to reveal the details yet, but I can say that this is a very big transformation that we are currently going through. It will happen this year, and you will definitely hear about us in the industry,” Totogaming’s CMO added.
What is becoming increasingly clear is that the perception of the industry itself is changing. Today, it is no longer only about betting or online casino.
The combination of new functionalities, gamification, and personalisation has brought the sector to a point where it can truly be described as digital entertainment.
