Symplify, the Stockholm-based company offering CRM and AI cloud solutions, announce the launch of its new Instant Messaging service, further enhancing its 360° communication platform.
A core value of the Symplify journey, is “enabling communication through powerful omnichannel capabilities.” Instant messaging is the latest intuitive tool to join the service and it is accessible from a “single login, on a single platform.”
The new Instant Messaging channel is designed as an umbrella channel that will eventually encompass multiple messaging services. Telegram is the first release, with WhatsApp and Messenger being integrated soon.
Symplify’s head of sales Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said: “At the core of Symplify’s CRM ecosystem is a focus on omnichannel communications, that create a 360° engagement strategy. Rolling out Instant Messaging will enable clients to introduce another layer of fluid customer communication to support business growth.”
